At one time, these were effective but why are they not as effective as in the pass.

Think CRM as your front-line sales and projects and PM software as your back room management and accounting dept There is no current product that we've found that can do both effectively.

I am looking for an experienced general contractor who has experience working with investors, able to renovate properties quickly and cost effectively. 

I do think Airbnb has effected all real estate prices for this very reason: buyers of single family homes are no longer just assessing the comps of other sales, but also their ability to generate income from the asset.That being said, most small businesses overall are overvalued.
