Unless someone wants to chime in on if the vested and monetary interest the lien holder already has in the property is considered or not, I'll contact the county.Wayne it sounds like the lien holder is technically the first bidder if they start the bids at the amount the lien holder has already invested...?

I'm going to say that I dont think $15k in cash is going to be enough to get you started, so you may have to be creative in that respect to have more available cash on hand, but the lender can give you those details.

You must likely need to serve forms - available on NYC Housing Rent Board's website - detailing term of lease , percent increase, reason for increase etc.

If you will OWN the tank, you are in much better position and can get your propane from anybody you want.Avery is right that your local agent should be giving you specific contact info for all of these, including HOA, water, trash details, etc.Be SURE to get the contract and details your seller has with the existing PM.
