Like @David Ramirez said it takes time, and you can't be afraid to spend a little money.

Living abroad is a perfect example, it would be crazy to get a card that is going to charge you foreign transaction fees if your plan is to live abroad. 

hello everyone, my original real estate investing plan was to buy several multifamily homes and house hack. but ive heard where i really want to move to, (south carolina) that state is not the best for MFH investing. what are the best type of real estate investing strategies in south carolina?

Planning to put more then 20% Downpayment .

The plan for that is either rent out my room or convert it to a sober living facility.

@Jenniffer Nosenko start by isolating where you want to invest and then spending 30 days analyzing what you are seeing (I'd suggest by looking at 5 deals a day).
