While newest government census data is not out for recent years, I'm finding data that supports continued population growth, although at a slower pace.

Moving on to the Median Sale Price, you may recall from my Market Updates in September and October the data indicated that these were slowing down, not decreasing, but slower compared to the summer rush.

@David Lorenz, I think South Philly areas are all growing. 19148 and 19147 are more established neighborhoods so the growth is slower but still growing. 19145 and 19146 are growing faster!

I feel that Indianapolis has much more economic diversity - tech companies, pharmaceutical/medical, several colleges, manufacturing, distribution centers, hospitality/convention centers -- so we are not as affected if one particular industry takes a dive.Our real estate areas are also very diverse.

Also since I've lived here my whole life, I can say that Pittsburgh was an older population until recent years where the city is now becoming more of a tech town in addition to it's already existent medical roots.
