Each unit does have refridgerator, sink, stovetops, but not full kitchens.

Kitchen, most of those cabinets don't even function and the sink is partly blocked by the stove.

It is a 3Br with 1 full bath, a half bath and a toilet plumbed in the basement ( I don’t feel right calling that a half bath, it doesn’t even have framing around it or a sink).

We ultimately purchased 3 standard precut slabs from Floor and Décor for $480 and had a local fabricator cut and install them with an under mount sink for another $975 in mostly labor costs and it turned out great. 

I am told windows, roof and siding as well as drive way (it was sinking) were done in the last 10 years, but will get a better feel once inspected.

The deal is always paramount, and if the costs of obtaining the property would sink the deal it was never a deal in the first place.
