Also tenant is asking us to plug in their water tank to our side because since their electricity is off the water tank isn’t working.

One of our guys was removing an old toilet, the tank had a hairline crack he did not notice, when he pulled it away from the wall the tank broke with a large piece slicing multiple tendons in his wrist, he was down about six months.

The water department sent over someone and they said there was a slow leak in a few tanks that was really unnotiable.
