The bathrooms are actually in overall good condition and don't seem to be in need of a remodel to make them more functional.

I do pay a monthly QBO subscription fee, but it seems worth the money given this additional rent collection perk (along with the normal functionality you’d expect like bookkeeping, a CRM tool, etc.)

In Huntsville, I’ve seen a rehab get $900 where older, outdated homes that are still solid and functional get $800 and there are poor condition homes on the street renting for $650.
