I'm about 100% sure the doctor wont say "those lesions are from bedbugs".... they will likely say "these lesions may/may not be compatible with bed bug bites"....if you are lucky they will find some other definitive form of skin disease where they can say "this is disease X and it is NOT from bedbugs".

Supreme Court resolved a circuitcourt split in defining a “debt collector” as not ("not" being the keyword) including an entity who purchases and then collects on defaulted debt.The judge in this case, Neil Gorsuch wrote, “[b]y its plain terms this language seems to focus our attention on third party collection agents working for a debt owner – not a debt owner seeking to collect debts for itself.”Basically, while the opinion is still narrow, this ruling could have widespread relief upon purchasers of debt from a risk management, compliance, and liability analysis standpoint.

Very true, but Evolve has treated me pretty good these last 4 years...they are not perfect by any means but they are easy to get ahold of and usually resolve my issues quickly and with decent communication.

As a co-owner they would almost certainly be required to execute the deed of trust/mortgage at closing, but otherwise they would not be on the hook for the note if you originated the loan as the sole borrower.Honestly though, this is your wholesaler's mess to resolve ... with your 100% confidence that the end result is you are the sole owner immediately after settlement.

Why don't you price that option on, perhaps it will not be that much more expensive.You haven't said how you feel about getting the doors to swing out instead of into the kitchen thus freeing up valuable wall space.You have gotten a lot of input here so I hope you will share how you resolving this kitchen design issue.The other thing, is, the price.
