So February 11, 2020 she paid 1,200$ For February’s rent an the deposit March 10,2020 she paid 200$ March 11 they told her they sold the house an they needed her to move March 12 some random lady brought a eviction notice that was not notarizedMarch 13 another person came an told her she needed to leaveMarch 16 2 more fake eviction notices were left on the door (with gum) March 18 they came an asked when she would be able to pay the rest of the 400$ owedMarch 21 she paid the 400$ even tho it was not due until April 11 & May 11

First and foremost, you need to generate some income, i.e. get a job, so you can save up enough for that initial down payment, plus enough for closing costs, cash reserves (in case something breaks and needs to be repaired).
