@Wendy Schultz You can get licensed in Tennessee for around $500-700, most of that being your pre-licensing education.

Even though I am currrently bedridden it has given me much time to learn much about being in the Real Estate as well has having a broker license for about 30 years and since I graduated from college with Honors in 1980.I just wanted you to know why I am worth listening to and believing. 

I'm a licensed real estate agent, but I don't currently work with sellers or buyers as my own clients. 

I had a real estate broker license in Texas for about 30 years so I know what I am talking about. 

Hiring a certified mold restoration company (can be $$) sometimes is needed as some buyers want the assurance that the mold was remediated properly.

The other concern I developing with South Bend proper right now is that the city has taken a pretty aggressive stance towards landlords.

I obtained my real estate license almost a year ago (ND does not require this for property management).

I'm a license real estate agent and met them doing yard work about 3-4 months ago.
