Longer build up of inventory, but safer during turbulent economic times.During the last downturn in Real Estate, many of my BRRR investor clients saw their entire portfolios unzip when a small number of tenants.Currently I am seeing a huge increase in calls from my investor clients inquiring about unloading their highly leveraged investment properties.30 - 60 - 90 Day notes called by commercial Lenders (The commercial credit market will probably lock up soon if Banks don't act soon)Closing of Equity Lines by Residential Lenders (yes, a lot of lenders have it in the small print)Calling on Equity Lines by Lenders (again, the small print)Margin Calls on mortgages by lenders especially hard money lenders.A declining Real Estate Market (Many areas especially Southern CA are seeing dramatic price drops on listed homes)My questions for current BRRR investors are:.

I'm interpreting it to mean anything above and beyond merely holding a non-productive real estate or personal property asset means that you're running a business and would not qualify for exemption here.Operating rental real estate would certainly be more than merely owning the real estate asset.I would register the LLC as a foreign company with the GA Secretary of State.

As strange as some of those may sound, since HELOCs are just products of the individual lenders that issue them, each lender can make up their own rules.

It'll include pages such as deal highlights, the deal analysis, cost of all products down to every dollar, and of course return simplified and detailed.For the lenders, when someone brings you a new deal to invest it, what are numbers/figures/details you need to see to continue to the next phase of the deal, to know if it's even worth your time?
