On average property insurance costs alone have risen around 25% since 2020, depending on the specific risks to the area, premiums could have climbed much, much higher.

I can quickly create bank accounts for each property, the categories for tagging your transactions align perfectly with your Schedule E for taxes and I can do all of my tenant related functions like tenant vetting, lease creation and collecting deposits and rents.

So, keep in mind that depending on how they enforce that you may need someone local when you have your units registered and inspected with the municipality. 

This is tedious, cumbersome and annoying, but a better use of time and energy then analyzing a property, seeing it, speaking with the listing broker or getting a pre qualification.
