Any ideas?

I specialize in creative investing and have lots of ideas for you guys, tiny house community, RV/MH park, LP's, RV's, self storage....

I have a few others who have explored the idea, but haven't switched from long term rentals yet. 

Then get connected with some lenders to get an idea on how much you can qualify for. 

Just to state my main question: Should I ditch the bunk bed idea and move forward with the other setup I posted above?

Does anyone have any idea on timeline of when the zoning change will be completed and/or what we need to do next (if anything).

It's okay to spend some time upfront shopping around for ideas but I would definitely recommend that you do not fill an app with more than a few, and DEFINITELY don't let them all pull your credit.

I have no idea who they are, but it is best to have them update you and explain why they did not get funding completed as anticipated.
