@Nicholas Lee It depends on what your desire for direct involvement, risk tolerance, and time is, but I encourage buy and hold of cash flow properties as at least part of your long term strategy.  

BP was the best thing that I've come across as it compiles so much info in one place and gives like-minded individuals a platform to interact.

Thanks that is very encouraging I believe the marketplace will really take off with a few tweaks maybe an additional source of revenue.
