For one, they don't make'em like this anymore; these all-brick exteriors are like little tanks, it's tough to ding them up much, but the level of deferred maintenance on roofs, porches, windows, systems, and the actual interiors can be rather extensive and often difficult to assess up front.

Or would you accept that, since you're renting someone else's house, it's perfectly natural that the family who owns the house (or prior guests) may have trash left behind in the garage trash cans until this week's trash pickup occurs?

So, don't take this the wrong way, but...You asked for feedback on why it is not selling.Many people made perfectly reasonable suggestions.And you basically offered an argument against each and every one.Why ask for feedback if you don't actually intend to listen to the feedback?
