I looked at the sample properties from each one of these and they look reasonable on paper in terms of numbers.

I covered the grip strips with the backing paper to keep them clean, and was able to fit in pieces with no trouble.

@Steven Johnson, Well in fact its 3 layers of paper, but yes, its the same the contractor told me, that weight could be even banding some of the original woods, 

You can push it faster but you have to have all your paper work ready to go.

Sit down in a quiet room with a pen and paper, think about your personal strengths and  your interests, and decide based on that in which specific area you want to specialize.Then write your game plan.  

If you want to try and achieve the high returns that you see on paper, be prepared to work for it.

Sorry Daniel thats not how it works (unless maybe you are buying something your relatives own and they want you to move in with them)When you are looking at a multi family you have to decide what is going to happen before you sign any papers, maybe even before you start looking.
