Yes, I ran into this issue and given the market now and access to jobs, it seems that contractors are less willing to commit to creating itemized receipts.

When I had my rentals in MS the only reason I ran credit was to make sure there cell phones were being paid.. if they had a bunch of collections for those types of things they were going to be problems but 500 to 600 fico is norm in those states.
