Recently I purchased a house did overpay 60K my offer was the second highest offer seller didnt accept that but they called me back after a month since the first offer didnt go thru, I gladly moved forwad and recently moved in however I dont like the house at all it is accross the cemetary I dont feel homy there a bit house is nice but I simply i dont love it!

What I’m looking at now is using the HELOC for a down payment and getting a conventional loan, just need to get someone to bite on an offer that’s low enough for me to at least break even month to month. 

I am very interested to put down an offer.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

The 2 main reasons for increase were as follows:-Many carriers have moved out of Colorado or no longer offer coverage for HOA communities, so there’s a smaller pool of insurance companies to choose from.
