Just asking in general because I have heard multiple things from people in different states.

Hello, I am trying to rent my 3br house in SF bay area, and would like a family or an individual rent it, but I have had multiple calls from roommates who want to rent my house together.

The house is in a great area and is a good house other than the foundation problems (which will probably cost $20K+ to repair).I do like the idea of having multiple sources of income in retirement.
