There's so many different software people can use, so that is mostly personal preference and just how much a host wants to automate. 

So, if you are paying 3 points with 25% down...that's a lot different than 3 points with 15% down.  

This is the main market for these businesses that rent you a "legit business address", to cater to startups looking to build credit.
