If so I'm assuming that there is a Holding or Operating Company that then owns all 2,500 of these LLCs? 

You'll find other things like liens and such that will have to be dealt with to clear title, but generally it's not too difficult and the title company or your title attorney will help you get title cleared.  

When you transfer the properties to LLCs, speak to your insurance company/agent to have them make sure that the LLC's name is on the policy.

As an agent, you can certainly still be an investor and look for land to buy, BUT your state likely has laws requiring you disclose that you are a licensee.

You can still pick a business name out of thin air and tell your tenants this is the name of the company that manages the properties.
