You might be able to sell the stones or get a discount on removing them if you find a landscaper who can use them in a stone wall or walkway.

We currently charge 25% but we literally do EVERYTHING for our clients, including coordinating landscaping and snow removal (at their expense) and serving as authorized contacts for utility companies.

For example: It may make sense to build a deck or landscape the backyard to keep top-quality residents and / or increase rents.
