I have her leave a personal VM, not a dropped, pre-recorded one, for all calls that go to VM.I received a callback from a lady on one of my VA's VMs. 

I recently had complaints of them smoking pot in the hallway and laundry room.Also our cleaning lady said they shove the 2 year in the hallway to play by herself in 20 degree weather with a diaper and no shoes on.. she has had to grab her as she tried to wander out the front door this week. 

If they have special privileges, it reminds me of a law which an older lady refused to obey by sitting in the front of the bus, passed the white (no pun intended) line.

Fingers crossed. 

Just so we are clear....if this happens, it happens no matter whether you used that equity to buy an income producing property or if you just sit there with your fingers crossed hoping it does not happen.

You can separate your database into categories to organize your records, then easily send a mailing (letters, postcards, efax or email) to an entire category, or create a multi-step mailing campaign to process mailings automatically for all the prospects in any specific category.Be prepared when sellers call with detailed, deal making information at your finger tips!

And just yesterday a lady contacted me that works for the attorney that has been doing my closings and she has an off-market multi family and an 8 unit commercial property that she’s offered to me before she lists it with an agent.
