The kids want to sell it all.

The home is in great condition and it is less 2000 sq ft with 4 bed/2 bath.Anybody with knowledge of the rental market would appreciate tips/suggestions.

I am a Realtor so I will start with saying that you can always list your home with a Realtor, but I am guessing that you want to handle on your own so I have a few other tips.

Pro tip for those of you who may be reading this & are going to be evicted from your house in the near future.On move out day place several signs on the pile of your stuff that say BED BUGS.
