Some owners are looking for top dollar and being cashed out, but there are some that will attach to a story and a person with integrity, if it also still benefits them in some way.

Each side is 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 story, 2 car attached garage.

Long story short, their lease was due to expire on June 1, 2020, but in February they requested a lease break to exit the unit on April 1, 2020.
