Will a bank finance a single home house with interior code violation?

They take great care of the interior, but they don't know how to water a lawn (or don't care).

New roof, new construction windows, Siding on 2 sides of the home, new exterior and interior doors, replaced all trim and painted throughout, new upstairs carpet, repaired sprinkler system and got all new appliances.

The interior and roof, not so much.

Does anyone operate an AirBNB not out of their primary residence in the Okanagan/Kootenay region? I am interested to see the regulations, seasonality, cash flow vs long term rentals, etc. 

The program guideline is that a minimum of an annual interior and exterior inspection is to be completed.
