Encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

What did you learn?  

The thing I have learned through flipping many properties is that slow is smooth and smooth is fast.Make sure you vet your contractors as thoroughly as you would vet a tenant - I have learned vetting is one of the most important things I can do as an investor.

If not, then you can upload it yourself on the individual website.I am a licensed Real Estate Agent so when I upload my rental to my MLS, it automatically syndicates to several of these websites. 

But it looks like an unfortunate "lesson learned."  

Plus the learning curve to invest effectively was too steep to completely disregard it. 

Recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder, etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.
