Hey @Christopher Kolasa, I am no attorney, but if you go find one, they will probably have you put each property where you have some kind of ownership into a individual LLC. 

A misdemeanor capable of 6 months county and $1K fine, plus lawyer fees,costs, etc. each individual. 

., but there is nothing that really beats the experience of working with someone who has done this in the past and learning from that individual.
