They've been on the market for a while, so it's safe to assume the seller's may be getting very motivated and even possibly frustrated with their Realtor not selling the home.My question, first, is it possible and second, is it "stepping on the Realtors toes" to speak directly to these homeowners and offer them a L/O solution?

Regardless of what you really think about illegal immigration, it seems crystal clear to me that these efforts are futile and wasteful, and that the solution is simple - severe penalties for those found to be employing illegal aliens.
