Hey guys, I just wanted to remind everyone to make sure to independently confirm the square footage of any potential property against county or municipal records.

So according to my strategy, since they would all be short term independent investments before pulling new equity out, I think a HELOC would likely be better, as there would be lower upfront costs, and would likely be repaid before interest rate grew.  

If it makes you feel better, you can always hire an independent appraiser to evaluate the property.

Find an Enrolled Agent, which is a CPA who can stand in your place if you are audited. 

For example; I own some multi's in Independence MO that I bought for 45k,75k,75k, that rent each for 1600.
