Our next step is to meet a HML in person  to get a feel for what we need to do next, and where we should be headed.

Hi All, I have my comps back and am heading out tomorrow to put my first house under contract.

I have also head from my team mates that they will cold shoulder the contractors who have burned good people in the town.

I am not trying to sound cruel, but rather saving you from getting in over your head.

It seems like I would be way in over my head and the juice wouldn't be worth the squeeze.Bill I did go back and listen to the Podcast and you are right.  

My personal Docter had been telling me for about 30 years that I was in excellent shape and my chiropractor saved my life with suggesting I get a head X-ray that is called a MRI.  

Obviously, there is a lot that will need to be accounted for to make sure I don't get in over my head, but what hoops would I have to jump through to get these "players" to agree to such a deal without a successful track record or cash of my own?
