So sometimes you have to go old school and actually talk to people, hang flyers and get belly to belly.

It turns out that when you had old lace curtains, they'd get out of shape after hanging for a while; you'd take them down, maybe wash them, and then string them out over the curtain stretcher to dry and reshape.Also over the garage, I found some home-made signs for an old camping club. 

But then you will usually pay for MLS/NAR and you'll need to hang your license with a brokerage with fees as well (which are dependent entirely on the broker). 

Good job hanging in there, it's definitely nerve racking when communication goes dark in the middle of a deal.

if its just build wealth over time like most landlords then i think hanging on BP will get you what you need.If your looking to start a flipping business or a business of buying courthouse steps or lending money or want to syndicate or do self storage or go into STR  all of these niches some training can and will jump start you.If you cant stroke a check for training then your under capitalized to begin with. 

And getting the slope exactly right and hanging it correctly so that it never shifts is not an easy thing for a first-timer to do.Something else might further complicate this issue.
