Hey guys.So I am currently in that space where I’ve been reading books and listening to podcasts but I am still about a year away from my first purchase (at least 6 months).To make a long story short, I’m cleaning up a mess a younger me didn’t realize would put a monkey wrench in the plan my current self has created to help me achieve financial freedom.With all the knowledge and experience everyone has been sharing, I’ve been feeling like I wanted to contribute to the community as well.But how does someone with no experience contribute to this wonderful community?

I think Rich Dad, Poor Dad is the book that got me started on it back when I was about 19 or 20, so it's been a long time coming.

This is a business move, not a charity event (at least in my book!). 

Regarding to the books and materials, just pick and read.

Do you have a book or 2 or a website you use or recommended??

Make sure to check out the BP beginner's guide.

If you can afford IKEA or Amazon mattresses, get those.The main thing to keep in mind is your reputation is made with your first few bookings.

I learned more in one project than I could sitting on the fence, reading a book or listening to another podcast. :-) I'm looking forward to rolling that experience into the next project. 

As things stand now I have 13 nights booked with a check-in time of 4pm and check-out time of 11am.
