General bidding question for tax sales/foreclosure auctions
1 August 2012 | 10 replies
If you assume everything is there and in working condition then you can really mess up your profit margins if anything is missing.I also do title searches for my investor and a couple of things to look out for when you are going to bid on foreclosures.Make sure you're not bidding on a second mortgage or HOA lien.Make sure the legal description on the foreclosure matches the legal description on the original deed.Make sure all secondary lien holders are listed in the foreclosure caption. These are just a couple of things that can really ruin your day if you don't catch them before you buy.Good Luck!
