Hardly massive deleveraging and has been 100% offset by the massive increase in government borrowing which without the Fed printing money would have put massive upward pressure on interest rates.

The last one I got that is A/C and heat is a powerful unit that provides heating or cooling for an open 500 square foot area and it was $400 at Lowe's.Another heating option I put in my own home that I also think would look snazzy and upscale in a rental, but at a low cost, is those electric fireplaces.

I do see the intrigue as they portray to minionlike masses, that anybody can just quit their day job, and follow their techniques in order to invest and get wealthy with little or no money/credit.Then in teeny tine fine print at the end of the infomercial it states that most students of the guru make little or no money afterall =DIf wanna be flippers [or investors] would just stick to the three Fs (find, finance, flip) [or skip the finance and wholesale or skip the flip and rent out]  it would be much simpler and they'd save 20k to 40k+ to ACTUALLY invest in real estate instead of wealth techniques mumbo jumbo.

Most kennels use epoxy/polyurethane coatings, as they are seamless, resist staining from animal fluids and can even be antimicrobial... not to mention cost efficient Material cost should be around .50 - .75 per square foot.
