I built a custom special needs residence that has no steps, either inside or outside, wider door opening, extremely low pile carpet, no cabinets below kitchen and bath sinks, wider halls, more exits, and a large shower with no lip.no curb between the floor and the shower.

For example, lower $100k homes in Plano west of I75 (yes the good side, believe it or not) could use a kick-start to help what many would consider the middle-class.Non-profits get first dibs on HUD and other homes.Numerous development opportunities exist.There is enormous potential in this space !!!

I completed the rental inspection yesterday and the tenant pointed at the stain on the ceiling (painted Sheetrock) in the bedroom on the second floor (2-story TH).

Check with your building regs department and see if it is available to build on, some or most or all of it could be limited as green space, water retention, flood plain or other issues as it is built up all around the subject property.If it is available, you said it could be obtained cheaply, how would you know that....is it listed?
