I have a bad habit on spending my extra cash on nice restaurants and trips. kind of a budgeting issue... lol

I would encourage you to take a trip to Indianapolis at least once and drive around with your REA and see some areas in person.

I'm willing to make the trip.

But at our age you're up several times during the night for those annoying toilet trips that makes the ensuite bathroom I added an absolute necessity.

Don't trip over pennies on the way to dollars.  

If you are at a tight price point, Worcester is only about an hour's trip, and in your price range.
