Out of curiosity, have you been paying rent for the whole six years of foreclosure status?

Social Media- Do some searches on Facebook, LinkedIn etc, for cash buyers near your area.

Check the tax appraisal website, in Texas they give you detailed info about the current title status.

@Fred Dray I think you misunderstood his question because he wasn't referring to the license #; he was talking about the requirement to disclose his status as a licensed real estate agent.

Now I'm no pro at this cause i have yet to find a buyer for any of my properties that i have found where the seller was in a " Pre Foreclosure" status which i believe is also refered to as "being on the steps" or in other words about to be taken to court.

Most REO properties, especially in the lower price ranges have 5 to 10 offers on them and go to "highest and best" status - and are under contract for over asking price - within days!

Over 650,000 temporary loan modifications have been approved yet much fewer have been approved for permanent modification status, and stories abound of homeowners in the temporary modification status being foreclosed upon with no explanation.
