Being 16, I’m taking this extremely seriously since I know if I can manage this early on, I get that snowball effect much quicker: So I suppose my questions are 1) how many FHA’s could I get?

Hello BP community,I am brand new to the real estate world and am extremely excited to get in and get my feet wet. 

Recommendations would be extremely useful as I want to make this air tight so I can move on to my next property. 

He did a before and after appraisal (which made me extremely happy because a lot of appraisers don't do that).

I found them to be extremely prompt in all their dealings, as well as  sending little reminder notices about 1031 deadlines.

(I say didn't save because buyer's agent are free/extremely low cost in comparison to what an agent charges to list a property for sale.)

I work hard to enhance all the relationships around me and I take an extreme ownership position in all aspects of my life.

So my upside was extremely limited, but I still took a hit on the downside.

I think that someone with strong deal analysis skills, property management, and people management in general are extremely valuable skills.

We are extremely passionate about real estate and providing as much value as possible to consumers.
