Disclaimer: I have worked with and have known my investors for a while and an extreme level of trust has been built. 

Agents RARELY Invest Themselves.Therefore, finding an agent who actually invests (especially creatively as in wholesaling, owner finance, etc) is rare.When you do find one, then they are of extreme value to keep around! 

We have worked with 2 others over the past year and had bad experiences in the sense that response time has been extremely inefficient and costs have been outrageous for the work we have requested.  

But we're talking about a celebrity couple with a TV show, a job, and a family.If your wife wants to go just so she can meet Christina, she's going to be disappointed.

I can't answer any of the questions you asked because I was very skeptical and wanted a 2nd set of eyes to see if this the whole deal would even make sense before I traveled 2 hours away to be disappointed. 

I live in the Los Angeles area, so the market here is extremely pricey.

I consider my current real estate research and readings a side hustle for now, with hopes of turning it into a full-time commitment.I currently reside in Queens, New York (just outside of NYC) and it seems that all the property here is priced extremely high.  

This work for rent sounds bit extreme, but I have definitely heard of legitimate, capable workers who is willing to take a discounted pay for 1) long term, regular job and 2) dree housing.
