You'll get ACTUAL hands on experience in buying a home, rehabbing it and everything that goes along with it.

Many of the crowdfunding deals are setup as an LLC so you have an LLC investing in another LLC which would actually have rights to the property. 

He is actually a accountant and a lawyer so he benefits on how things work together.

(The lender wanted to chat on the phone, i actually went to her and got face to face with her, i think that made a good impact) I find that having all your paperwork done and turned in before finding the property provides you with a little more leverage negotiating.

Just know that it would be horrendously low based on actual numbers.

I love the idea of direct marketing, but I'm not in love with actually doing it - very tedious as you know.
