I have found a landlord wanting to sell his 8 home properties with renters in place. ( this will most likely consume all my savings) or 2.

I have now paid the collections, but it could take some time (months) for the report to bounce back and me be within good standing.I am single with no debt other than a small amount of credit card debt that is used for bills \ small consumer things (eating out, movies, etc) and is paid off in full every month.

Getting (consumer) debt free will put you in a better position to grow and invest.

It’s my understanding that existing rent cannot increase more than 3.4% (2% plus 1.4% Consumer Price Index).

Most consumers will get lost in the numbers, it’s their job, and why we pay them so much money, to educate you.

Most investors think like a consumer when they buy and the loan officer who does not do investments do not give them the strategies needed to accelerate growth.

How does the sock market and consumer experience compare at all to the real estate market and how a home is conveyed.
