Knowing that time frame requirement may help you to make more efficient business cash flow projections.Also, if you can be creative to find a solution for people, you can often find great values that are not on the market. 

It could be scaling actual cash or scaling return by making it most efficient.

Took almost a year to acquire it but was worth the time and energy.

First, I would look at your goals and how much of your energy you want to invest in these.

But, he has all my info, he does his job efficiently, and it's hassle free.

Value means all modern appliances, efficient HVAC, dual pane replacement windows, 200A service, washer/dryer, etc. 

I figure a Facebook group will accomplish that efficiently.
