No way the rehab is just 10K.Well my little silly bunz, I am hoping I can expose the brick and leave electrical in metal conduit, making this the very sought after "industrial  look".. much like .. so:I just not sure if the inspector will let me get away with this.

Our contractor gave us the 75k budget based on a flip, so we're pushing for a quality product for that price and hoping the ARV reflects the renovation costs.

I know I'd need permits to add an additional driveway over the drainage ditch between the road and I've already contacted contractors and the county for water and septic information so my main concern is the separation of the land I want to keep using from the tenants.
