I had an idea and need your opinion. 

In my opinion, US Bank has the best online banking that I have used and that's why I prefer them because I do most of my banking online.

I understand it's a slightly uncommon situation (or maybe not, it might just be my lack of experience), but I was hoping the great community here would share their opinion on this.

Unless I can Profit from the Refi of course, since those dollars are tax free, cost 6% or so, and can save me the same 14% In conclusion my opinion at this point is to mix flips with rentals, keeping the lower profit flips as rentals, and selling the higher profit ones - I feel this is a safe middle ground

I have officially initiated my real estate education a couple of weeks back and wish to build a solid foundation to setup and grow a new source of income.

I recommend you continuously educate yourself.
