So you bust your head thinking how you will make it happen so you buy a 3K motor for that bike so it will go faster, so now it is dangerous so you need to add a seat belt and  by the end of that adventure you have something so ugly looking heavy so inefficient...

You can easily (I guess that is an assumption on my part without knowing where you live) find someone here on BP who you can pick their brain for the cost of a cup of coffee and figure out best steps as you get started.I have owned about two dozen homes in the area this house is listed and I can tell you that the challenges are real and they are steep to making a passive investment work in this area.

Wondering if there is a good brand that comes in a 5 or 10 pack.  4) Not hard wired for easy installation.  5) Hush function.  6) Semi tamper proof so tenants cannot easily deactivate.I know this may be a lot but wanted to seek any advice or best practices.
