BiggerPockets has a file download area.

So somehow through emails or searching the bigger pockets website I have downloaded not 1 but 2 ultimate beginners guides.

Over the past several weeks I've been having trouble downloading files, it either immediately tells me I have used up my 3 for the week or it will just kick me back to the home screen.

When I download the leads, they are last name first and I can't see changing every one of them since we are looking at doing this on a large scale.

If you don't have the basics of a wholesale deal down, my suggestoin would be to listen to Sean Terry's podcast and download his e-book at flip2freedom.com (ok so I'm biased)Next, read the book Think and Grow Rich and follow it to the letter.

These are primarily checked for capability, safety, devices and also their sole performance after downloading the apps, OS critical based application functioning and even upgrading applications, from the old to the new version.

Most likely, in the time it took you to take that picture, download it, paste it here, and write your post, you could have just patched the hole!

I haven't downloaded any of the material, and so far, the training is not complete (for obvious reasons, lol) but I don't know if it's worth keeping and paying the 2K to keep the course.

They'll download free leases, addendums, and other forms.
