For those who are managing Airbnb properties, what insurance have you or your landlord used to insure golf carts at a property?

I’ve contacted some property managers and I think it’s a good investment.

They also have a 90-day litigation period where the former owner can contest the tax deed sale and take you to court.If I bought a property (or land) and want to re-sell it within a few weeks, what forms/documents do I need to give to the new buyer?

I have 1 rental that I self manage and I have to drive to Home Depot and buy $19 pest control spray.

Reducing 1 month is better than reducing all 12.Now, I'm saying all of these things...but these are all things your property manager should be saying too.
