I am not sure I will hit on all of your questions but here is a start...In general I am not a huge fan of partnerships for buy and hold rentals, unless one party has something you really need (credit, cash, local presence, etc.).

Zuckerberg developed it alright .... and then kept it for himself.I am trying to think of a way to outsource a big chunk of a business, that cannot be done abroad alone, to somebody in a third world country, in a way that I will only do the part that requires a presence in the US.
