One of the people in my BP Mastermind Group has just started using Stessa, and as sharing some of their screen shots for measuring 'property performance' which seem pretty useful, but I have not found the equivalent in Rentec Direct so far.Have any of you done a deep comparison of the two and could share some thoughts?

thanks for the input , i may call Glenn , next week , i have done 1 house and started a 2nd house( no electric or plumbing needed , just basic ) i have my guys that can do that , but need electric on the 3rd house to pass city code and plumbing to pass also , it's a slow project , because i live in HoustonTx , but try and go down there once a month for 3-4 days with my crew , tough , but will be worth it after all is done , thanks again
